Before using this final QA pass, confirm the Website Build Check has already been completed so the core build tasks are not missed.
- Ensure Website Build Checklist is completed first.
Page-by-page review
Review each important page carefully for visible issues, broken actions, and any elements that still reflect template or source-site content.
- Review each page for images, links, buttons, and pills.
- Confirm all menu items needed are present and linked correctly.
- Confirm all menu and footer links point to the correct pages or sites.
- Ensure all content has been transitioned from the old site to the new site.
Responsive layout check
Make sure the site experience holds up across the core device sizes used in GolfBack QA.
- Mobile view is formatted correctly.
- Small laptop view is formatted correctly.
- Tablet view is formatted correctly.
- Desktop view is formatted correctly.
Forms and contact pathways
Validate that user submissions and contact pathways route to the correct course and support the right customer journey.
- All forms are collecting submissions for the correct club.
- Social links are present and correct in the Get in Touch section.
Tracking, utility links, and accessibility basics
Confirm the technical and usability details that commonly slip through final review.
- Google Analytics is set up correctly.
- Golf Quick Action buttons use the correct links and are appropriate to the course.
- Alt text is added to all media images.
Final launch pass
Do not treat a site as launch-ready until layout, forms, analytics, menu paths, and course-specific links have all been checked on real page views across the core screen sizes.
