Reserve with Google is a direct booking integration that allows golfers to book a tee time directly from Google Search and Google Maps — before they ever visit the course website.
When to use this resource
Use this page when explaining Google visibility strategy to clients, setting up or troubleshooting Reserve with Google, or connecting the discovery layer to the booking layer.
Why it matters
Reserve with Google intercepts golfer intent at the moment of discovery — the Google search result — and converts that intent into a direct booking before any third-party channel can step in. It is one of the most direct expressions of the "own the customer relationship" principle.
Setup requirements
- Verified and active Google Business Profile for the course
- GolfBack booking engine active and integrated
- Reserve with Google enabled in the GolfBack admin
- Booking URL and inventory feed confirmed
